Artichoke-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni
    1 small jar artichoke hearts (reserve liquid)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 small jar mushrooms, drained
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Make Rice-A-Roni with 1 cup less water than package instructions direct.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add just enough liquid from artichoke hearts to moisten salad to right consistency.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
