Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
3 c. peeled apples
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Beat well.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon gradually.
Then add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in oblong cake pan or two loaf pans.
Baking pans should be greased or floured or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
