Homemade Onion Soup Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. instant minced onion
1/3 c. beef flavor instant bouillon
4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed, crushed
1/4 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together. Store in an airtight container up to 6 months.
Stir or shake well before each use. Makes 18 tablespoons (about 1 cup).
