Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pasta *
    1 (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 small zucchini, sliced
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    *Break pasta in half, cook and drain (4 ounces vermicelli or 1/2 spaghetti and 1/2 shells).
