Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 sticks margarine
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk, to which 1 tsp. soda has been added
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Place in saucepan and bring to boil:
margarine, water, oil and cocoa.
Pour over flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Beat well; add beaten eggs and beat again.
Add buttermilk.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
