Quick Tea Doughnut Holes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shortening (for frying)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat the shortening (375\u00b0).
    Beat the oil, egg, milk and vanilla with a spoon.
    Mix in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Drop by a teaspoon into hot shortening.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Roll in sugar, cinnamon-sugar or powdered sugar.
