Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 eggs
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 c. pecans
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased spindle cake pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
