Western Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (juice and all)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except 1 cup cheese.
Put in greased 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
(Gets better second or third day.)
