Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for two 9-inch pie crusts
36 Ritz crackers, coarsely broken
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. Blue Bonnet vegetable oil spread
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Roll out half of pastry and line a 9-inch pie plate.
Place crackers in prepared crust.
