Avocado And Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. mashed avocado
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine with water and place over low heat until clear.
    Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency.
    Mash avocado and blend in other ingredients. Stir in gelatin and chill.
