Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small chicken breast, boneless/skinless
    cooking spray
    1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tablespoons sliced green onion
    2 Tablespoons water
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup dry Marsala or dry Sherry
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
    Place 1 piece of chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap.
    Working from the center to edges, pound lightly with flat side of meat mallet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
    Remove plastic wrap.
    Repeat with remaining chicken.
    Spray an unheated large skillet with cooking spray.
    Preheat skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken.
    Cook for 4-6 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning to brown evenly.
    Remove from skillet; keep warm.
    Add mushrooms, onion, water and salt to skillet.
    Cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and most of liquid has evaporated. Add Marsala or sherry.
    Heat through.
    Spoon vegetables and liquid over chicken.
