Chili And Corn Bread Supper - cooking recipe

2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chili with beans
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine chili, ham, tomatoes, mixed vegetables, onion and chili powder in 3-quart glass casserole; mix well.
Cover. Microwave on High for 15 minutes or until hot, stirring every 5 minutes.
