Cheddar Cheese Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, well chilled
    2 c. all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Cut butter into 1 tablespoon pieces. Set aside.
