Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. sage
2 c. finely chopped celery
10 c. crumbled cornbread
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
-
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
Add mixture to cornbread in a large pan.
Sprinkle with seasonings which have been mixed together.
Toss together to mix.
