Italian Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. green beans
    3 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    black pepper
Preparation
    Trim, wash and blanch the green beans in boiling water with salt for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
    In skillet, heat oil, add garlic and saute until golden color.
    Add green beans; heat about 3 minutes.
    Season with black pepper.
    Serves four.
