Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    2 c. plain flour
    5 egg whites
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and oil; add sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add egg yolks; beat well.
    Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture, alternately with buttermilk.
    Add coconut and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites that have been stiffly beaten.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 3 layers until done.
    Cool and frost.
