Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    4 tsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar. By hand stir in pumpkin, flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt and baking powder.
    Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
    Pour batter out thin and sprinkle nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
