Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard (mix salt and mustard together first to keep from lumping).
    Place cubed bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Crumble sausage over bread, then top with cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until eggs set.
