Impossible Quiche(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 containers Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1 head broccoli, chopped fine
    1 to 2 onions, chopped fine
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix in blender the Egg Beaters, Bisquick and milk.
    In 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish spread broccoli, onion and cheese. Pour liquid over veggies and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
