Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix together until smooth; pour into greased and floured spring-form pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Turn off oven after 1 hour.
    Leave door ajar and leave cheesecake in oven for another hour cooling.
