Art'S Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C flour
    2 C sugar
    1 tsp soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 C chopped nuts
    3 eggs well beaten
    3/4 C applesauce
    1/4 C oil
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 C chopped pineapple
    2 C chopped bananas
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients and nuts and set aside.
    Combine wet ingredients and stir by hand until well mixed.
    DO NOT BEAT. Fold liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
    DO NOT BEAT.
    Pour into greased cake pan, cover with a fine layer of bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes until done.
    Do not overbake.
