Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 to 5 pork chops, deboned, sliced thin and chopped into small pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    egg roll wrappers
    mustard
    soy sauce
    sweet 'n sour sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in butter over medium heat.
    Add shredded cabbage and seasonings.
    Cook about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and allow to cool.
