Greek Pork Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 lb. boneless pork loin
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. peeled and chopped cukes
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Prepare first 5 ingredients and pour over pork.
Refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.
