Alberta Toomey'S Feather Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    3/4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. potato water
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 yeast
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
    Add butter, sugar, salt and mashed potatoes to potato water.
    When potato mixture cools, stir in yeast.
    Add eggs.
    Then add flour enough to make stiff dough.
    (Knead.)
