Grated Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated sweet potatoes
    1 c. cane sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy ovenproof skillet.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour mixture into hot pan of butter; stir until heated. Put skillet in 350\u00b0 oven and bake.
    When crusted around edge and top, turn under and let the crust form again.
    Do this twice, allowing the last to remain on sides and top, about 40 minutes. Serve with sweetened cream, ice cream or serve alone.
