Ingredients

8 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
1 thinly sliced medium onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix cucumbers, onion and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain.
Press out.
Mix vinegar and sugar together and heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour this mixture over cucumbers and place in small freezer containers until ready to serve.
