Kosher Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage, shredded
2 onions, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. salad oil
1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Alternate cabbage, onions and pepper in large bowl.
Sprinkle with 1/8 cup of the sugar.
Heat vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, celery seed and oil to boil.
Pour over cabbage mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
When cool, pour into another bowl and serve.
Serves 10 to 12.
