Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-size eggplant
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium-size onion, chopped
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook eggplant until tender; drain and mash.
    Then add all ingredients except cheese.
    Mix well and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
