Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
1 c. water
1 lb. can cranberry sauce (whole berry)
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add juice to Jell-O.
Stir in water.
Heat to boiling until Jell-O is dissolved.
Remove from heat. Add cranberry sauce, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Refrigerate until thickened.
Add sour cream, pineapple and nuts.
