Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
4 tsp. flour
sprinkle of salt
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
2 drops yellow food coloring
nutmeg
Preparation

Heat milk until it bubbles around edges of pan, don't boil. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, salt, food coloring and milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set at edge of pie.
Don't overcook.
