Cookie Pops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cookie dough with chocolate chips or Reese's Pieces candy
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. shortening
18 wooden sticks with rounded ends (you can find these at craft stores)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spoon dough by tablespoonfuls and shape each into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Arrange in circle on ungreased cookie sheets, 3-inches apart and 2-inches from edges; flatten slightly. Securely insert a wooden stick into each cookie with end pointing toward the center of the cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown around edges.
Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.
Cool completely.
