Italian Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. low-fat milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dried oregano or basil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. twist pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, minced onion, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
Cover and chill for 1 hour to blend flavors before serving.
