Carrot Bundt Cake* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 large eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. packed, shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
    In large bowl, with spoon, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    In small bowl, with fork, beat eggs slightly.
    Stir in oil and vanilla.
    Add egg mixture, shredded carrots and applesauce into flour mixture.
    Stir, just until flour is moistened.
    Spoon batter into pan, spreading evenly.
    Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
    With spatula, loosen cake from pan.
    Invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
