Joyce'S Delightful Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. very fine dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley (dried)
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
12 to 15 pieces chicken
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Preparation

Dip each piece of chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
Lay on baking rack with drip pan (not overlapping). Drizzle with rest of butter.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (do not turn chicken).
