Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 can pineapple (crushed or tidbits), drained
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 c. cubed bread
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice.
    Fold in bread.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
