Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. quick cooking oats
    2/3 c. water
    squirt of lemon juice
    1/4 c. cream or milk
    1 or 2 apples
    sugar or honey to taste
    1/4 c. ground or grated almonds or hazelnuts
Preparation
    Mix the oats and water together.
    Mix in squirt of lemon juice, then stir in the cream or milk. Grate the washed, unpeeled apples directly into the oat mixture and stir well. Season to taste with sugar or honey and sprinkle the nuts over each serving. Makes 2 servings. Preparation time:
    5 minutes.
