West Indies Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 medium onion
4 oz. Wesson oil
6 oz. white vinegar
4 oz. ice water
Preparation

Put crabmeat and onion in a bowl.
Mix oil, vinegar and ice water (take out ice).
Pour over meat and onion.
Let sit overnight.
