Diabetic Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3-1/2 tsp. baking powder
non-nutritive sweetener (equivalent to 3/4 c. sugar)
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. diet margarine
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 eggs
1 c. skim milk
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Sift dry ingredients together. Add margarine, orange peel, eggs and skim milk, mix until blended. Stir in raisins and nuts. Place in a 3 x 5 x 9 inch well greased loaf pan. Bake one hour and 15 minutes or until loaf test done. Remove from pan, cool and store 12 hours before cutting.
