Quick And Easy Charolais Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Charolais steak, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 pt. sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Marinade Charolais T-bone steaks for 2 to 3 hours in a mixture of Worcestershire sauce, corn oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook to desired doneness over a charcoal fire, or broil in the oven.
