Crab Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 or 2 cans crab meat
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. red pepper or Tabasco
Preparation

Combine gelatin and water, let stand 5 minutes to soften. Pour soup in a 2-quart saucepan, set over medium heat, add the gelatin mixture and cook, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in cream cheese until melted; remove from heat and set aside to cool.
