Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh raspberries
Preparation

Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.
Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan.
Makes 1 dozen.
Any fruit may be used in place of raspberries.
