Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Allow cream cheese to soften before mixing in sugar with an electric mixer.
Beat in 1 egg at a time.
Add vanilla.
Fill 21 or 22 foil baking cups about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes (or 40 minutes) or until light golden brown.
When cool, fill centers with prepared pie filling.
