Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. brisket
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    garlic powder
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with seasoning; add chopped onion and bottle of liquid smoke.
    Cover meat with foil and place in fridge overnight. Next day, place in 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 oven; be sure not
    to uncover meat from foil after taking out of fridge.
    Cook about 4 to 6 hours. After about the 4th hour of cooking, remove from oven, take off foil and pour barbecue sauce over meat, then continue cooking.
