Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour; blend in shortening until crumbs are the size of peas.
    Beat egg; add vinegar, salt and water.
    Mix with fork until mixture leaves sides of bowl and forms a ball.
    Makes pastry for two 2 crust pies.
