Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots
    3 green onions
    3 stalks celery
    3 cans chicken broth
    3 cans potato soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Chop vegetables finely.
    Saute all vegetables in 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine until tender.
    Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes.
    Add potato soup and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add Velveeta chopped in small squares.
    Allow to melt.
    Add sour cream and stir until mixed well.
    Serve hot.
