Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Cook broccoli; drain and set aside.
While cooking, mix soup and all ingredients, except Ritz crackers and cheese.
Mix broccoli with the other ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish. Mix Ritz crackers and butter.
Top casserole with crackers and butter mix, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
