Breakfast Breads - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain well. Break bacon in 1/2-inch pieces.
Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in egg.
Combine flour and baking soda; stir into butter mixture.
Stir in bacon, corn flakes and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons, 2-inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 15 minutes.
Cool 1 minute.
Remove to racks to cool.
Makes 2 dozen.
