Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 zucchini, sliced
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper
1/2 c. oil
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
4 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Place sliced zucchini, chopped onion, salt, pepper and grated cheese and parsley in oblong baking dish.
Sprinkle Bisquick on top.
Beat eggs with oil.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Cover with foil.
