Pumpkin Loaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. salad oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease well two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flour with next 7 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients (except nuts) and mix just until blended. Add nuts; turn batter into pans.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
When cool, wrap each loaf and store at room temperature (can be frozen).
