Barbecued Pork Shoulder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) pork shoulder roast
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
hamburger buns (optional)
Preparation

Cover roast with lightly salted water in a large Dutch oven. Cover and cook over medium heat 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Drain and slice thinly; place in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Combine next 9 ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon sauce over sliced roast, turning slices to coat.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve on buns, if desired.
Yields 6 servings.
